Why unique?

MID is not a simple dental implant.The experience of more seven years matured with the first mini implants introduced in Italy, has allowed us to realize a clinical and scientific experimentation developed from a team of professionals coordinated by Dr. Maurizio Maggioni (team composed by Dr. Piero Cremona, Dr. Mark Dossena, Dr. Aldo Francesconi), in collaboration with the Laboratory of Anatomy of the University Claude Bernard of Lyon (France), where they have been execute the practical tests.
Following the biomechanics concepts applied to the medical treatment by implant, we have given at life to MID, which is the most technologically evolved mini implant available today on the market. The new design of coils allows to obtain a perfect primary stability and a greater precision of insertion.

The double principle thread renders the implant symmetrical. Also the biting vectors load are symmetrical. Therefore there aren’t turning out dangerous forces lateral.
Moreover since the implant is symmetrical it is centered automatically during the phase of insertion, progressing in the bone in linear way, without any deviations. In this way is much more easy to maintain the correct implant parallelism. With the double coils the time and the spin for insertion is exactly the half.
