Immediate and definitive stabilization of mobile or fixed prosthesis
The stabilization of an inferior or upper mobile prosthesis is a procedure that assures to the clinician an optimal result and the gratefulness of its patients.
The MID are the ideal in these situations, because they can be inserted quickly, without any pain from the patient.
This particular implant system demands, for being used correctly, the knowledge of a very simple protocol. A small hole guide comes executed in the adherent mucosa and it extends through the upper cortical supplying therefore the point of departure and the directional guide. Conventional bone drills are not used.
The implants come simply inserted through the hole pilot and screwed inside.

PRE-SURGICAL PLANNING :
After to have accurately selected the suitable patient to this type of surgery, established the number of the required implants, the prosthesis controlled and eventually modified, It’s possible to proceed with the implant insertion.
The bone must enough be for height and consistency.
The implants must be inserted to a distance of approximately 5-8 milimeters one from the other and in the mandible between the two foramen.

IMPORTANT :
The force necessary in order to detach the prosthesis with the O-Ring from the O-Ball is not sufficient to remove the osseointegrated implants, or for over instrumentation or insufficient quality of the bone.
The protocol of insertion of the implants must be respected in all its steps.
